A study by some human resource management consultancy estimates, the main reason for voluntarily quit is a better pay in another place, other popular reasons are been bored about of this job, feeling that there is no room for professional growth. Therefore, boss is not jackass, when you answer this question you need techniques.
What would you answer if you feel uncomfortable to be dishonest? Higher rank title, remarkable income, potential in good reputation company? So begin to answer this question, let’s take about what do you want? Remarkable income, nice a little house, brand car, which is quite American accomplishment. But what it costs, did you ignore your family, lose your fantasy, your dream, you feel guilty when you pray in the church. What do you want is the momentum for what would you do, which is the critical issue, the fuel, the energy, the power to drive you to destination, not only means driven by rich and pleasure but also form virtues and spirit.
It is universally recognize that the happiness is the ultimate propose for people to pursuit. The pursuit of happiness, how exactly accurate word of “pursuit”, it’s in the Declaration of Independence, the happiness of everyone dependents more up on the state of their mind, more than any external circumstance, nor more than all external things put together, riches and pleasure the chief temptation of luxury, when obtained may overwhelm us with unforeseen misery, where as seven sins LUST, GREED, SLOTH, WROTH, ENVY, PRIDE and GLUTTONY. Whatever useful engaging endowments we possess virtue is requisite, in order to shining with proper luster, the attitude derive from gradually virtues of use.
So we have to learn the value for salary, you have to pay contribution to your company which must be equivalent with your income. Of course salary is indispensable, but you also need job satisfaction which can lead you go further in career plan. Unhappy workers are less like to contribute all they can, if you dissatisfy with your current job it doesn’t matter how much salary you get, give you free dollar, you will spend it without value, the thing is not salary, the payment, and the thing is YOU CAN NOT GIVE WHAT YOU DON’T HAVE.

If you ask ten students who were sitting here about what is the essential reason makes China’s English education look bad breaks? You might get a similar answer that is the education institution which might be the major obstacle to overcome. It is universally recognized that China has enjoyed a rampant reputation for its education system, “spoiled feeding”.
No one would deny that in last three decades, China’s education institution force the students to only focus on paper examination, nothing is exception. Within this background, for English learning in China, certificate is the mandatory requirement for student who wants to get graduate from university. Students keen on proving their English level by passing Chinese English Testing examination (Bachelor degree need CET4, master degree need CET6). However, does that certificate really match the ability in both oral and writing, absolutely NOT.
The consequence is leading student into unforeseen misery; they will lose their interest in English, people already feel boring by English examination, after they passed the test, they will never use it, so they might be still unable to fulfill the position which needs English communication skill.
What would you do, if you in charge of English training for your university?
People have various appetites for English, some people were like literature, and some just like BBC news, or movie, or pop song. Nevertheless, what is the most suitable process to satisfy their appetites? How could we make positive, swift surgery to increase their interest? So I have three different directions to tackle on this crisis.
§ Make people more actively to learn English
As we highlighted in previous section, student can’t find the interest by spoiled feeding. Paper examination can not prove their quality and ability. So in this evolutionary process, I will ask professor to adopt more kind of evaluation methodology, not only form paper examination but also from the comprehension of the class. We would promote student using English to write articles, reports, homework or make presentation, which means to practice their communication skill by various ways. This process can fortify both in their English communication and comprehension for expertise. We are really promoting the lectures which are related about part of our life, like science revolution, politics, economy, asking them to discuss the substance of those topic by English, which will stimulate their interests by external material.
§ Foster an amicable atmosphere for English communication in university.
We have to amid in China; people were using Chinese as their general communication bridge, and for communication ability we were taken huge influenced by more external efforts, therefore to prepare an amicable English communication atmosphere is the bedrock to brush up English within a short period. I will leapfrog this significant gap as quick as possible, let student speaking English in classroom, and ask high caliber professor teach their lecture by English. In case of professors can’t fulfill this responsibility, an English training department for teacher is necessary.
§ Make people using English more effective
Communication is the indispensable propose for language, but when in China people were using Chinese as their staple language, English become awkward and less efficient. The choice of words in which a sender encodes a message will influence the quality of communication, because language is a symbolic representation of a phenomenon. And considering we can’t appeal China to announce English as the official language, in this circumstance the efficiency of English is very limit. The limited comprehension will make people sending incorrect encoding message, we should asking people speak English not “Chinglish”. The distinction between culture and nationalities is the key issue, to leapfrog this significant gap, we have to promote student read English not only from specialist knowledge but also form the literature and western history, this is the hierarchal knowledge management, from top rank to under class.

The thing what we've seen in recent years is significant growth not only by any means driven by exports it is been domestic demand by consumption and investment. IS CHINA WILL BECOME SUPERPOWER? Is China so big so robust that in next few years, can China become the world biggest superpower. The answer is absolutely NOT. China has his own problems, in recent month the inflationary pressure has hit the Chinese government feel nervous, the communist party traditionally wary of inflation. But in this year, the heavy snowstorm hit the southern China is the 50 ever seen, most railway been blocked, in Guangdong railway station 19 millions people are stranded, the weather has paralysis the both power supplies and transportation.
